Online Order Approval with Digital Signature in Odoo

Odoo Today I would like to share  "Online order approval with Digital Signature in Odoo".

First we will create Sales Quotation.

Goto Sales -> Quotation and create a quotation.

Now click on "Send by Email" button to send the quotation to the customer.

 

 

However use click on send by email button it opens a wizard with temaplete and attachment of sales order.

For on-line approval  select "Sales Order - Send by Email (Online Quote)" template.

Now one can send the email by click on send button(Configure outgoing server).

As per email template user must receive and email of attached quotation.

From the received mail user can click on "View Quotation button" to view the order template (Need at-least portal user login to view online order).

Porter user can user view the information of quotation,

and can "Accept Order" or "Ask For Changes" or "Reject the Order"

If user click on accept then it will open a window for "Validate an Order".

Here User need to Name  and drow signature.

Now click on "Sign Order" button.

However user is click on "Sign order" button order status is updated as confirmation and signature is attached at the chatter part as a proof of confirmation.
